Every cell is a hex byte, laid out like a memory dump.

How the Hex Dump style works

Hex Dump rewrites the picture as a memory listing: an address column on the left, then pairs of hexadecimal digits where each byte is the brightness of that cell (00 dark to FF bright). The digits keep the source colour, dimmed by brightness, so the image emerges from the data.

Best for

Tech, hacker and data-themed visuals, posters and title cards.

Tips

  • Wide canvases show the address column; narrow ones drop it.
  • Raise the cell size to make the digits legible.
  • Add the Scan Lines effect for a CRT feel.

Export

PNG, JPEG, WebP and SVG, plus plain text you can copy and paste. Animated looks export as GIF, MP4 or WebM.
