How it works
Film Grain overlays fine monochrome noise that changes every frame. It runs on the Motion clock, so grain flickers naturally in animated exports and holds still in single images.
Effects apply to the finished frame, so Film Grain works with every style, and the Intensity slider sets how strong it is. Because it animates, it shows fully in GIF, MP4 and WebM exports.
