With Vignette
How it works
Vignette lays a radial gradient over the finished frame: clear in the middle, fading to black at the edges. Raising the intensity shrinks the clear centre and deepens the corners, up to near-black.
Effects apply to the finished frame, so Vignette works with every style, and the Intensity slider sets how strong it is. It appears in PNG, JPEG, WebP, GIF and video exports; text and SVG exports contain the grid only.
Tips
- Subtle (20–40%) framing works on almost any look.
- Pairs with Film Grain and Dust for an old-film feel.
- Heavy settings turn a busy grid into a spotlight.
